    If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the goods, please contact us to discuss the reason for this. If your refund request is approved, you will be required to return the item to Natural Muscle Company in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund. Please also ensure that you include proof of purchase with your item.

    If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, is defective in any way or is not the item that you ordered, we will pay for the collection of the item and arrange a replacement or refund. In the event of this occurring, please contact us on 01273 415545 between 9.00am to 5pm (Mon — Fri) and request return instructions. Please do not return an item without informing us and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details.

    If you are returning an item to us which we are not liable to collect at our cost (for example if you ordered the wrong flavour etc), we suggest that you retain proof of postage for your own records in the event of the item/s failing to reach us.

    Returned products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

    1. The item must be in resaleable condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.
    2. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

    Returns can take between 7—10 business days to receive and process. However, we will do our best to minimise any delay.

    When an item is returned to Natural Muscle Company, it is processed by us and a refund made within 1 business day. Refunds are made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. When a refund is made to a credit or debit card it may not show up in your account straight away as the clearing banks take time to process the refund. Typically this can take up to 7 working days for cleared funds, but varies depending on your own bank.
